Trainee Technical Support will support Elixir’s customer base including first-line product support. He/She is required to be familiar with common product environments and applications. Along with being an extremely technically proficient individual, this position also requires to have exceptional trouble-shooting and time management skills as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Works directly with customers to provide services and help resolve issues in application/software/solution.
  • Uses discretion to effect timely solutions of problems in order to ensure customer satisfaction, eliminate downtime.
  • Collects detailed information from customers to categorize the severity of the issue and to determine the best resolution.
  • Help to prioritize open issues, define and track bugs in the solution/application/software, and work in coordination with the Engineering team (if required) till a solution is offered.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professionalism and swift resolution.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelors in Computer Sciences

Required Experience

  • Fresh Graduate

Required Skills

  • Inclined interest in customer services / technical support of software products.
  • Ability to work in shifts (day, evening and night – disturbance allowance is paid)
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify complex storage, software, hardware, and systems issues.
  • Able to maintain professionalism while under pressure
  • Ability to exercise judgment in the absence of defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
