Hunza Serena Hotel is looking for a Recreation Manager with 6-8 years of experience for its hotel in Karimabad, Hunza district of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Responsibilities:

1. Activity Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive recreation program that caters to diverse guest interests and preferences.
• Plan and coordinate a variety of on-site and off-site activities, ensuring a well-balanced and engaging schedule.

2. Guest Engagement:
• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and suggest suitable recreational activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging guest participation in activities.

3. Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train a team of recreation staff to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the recreation team members.

4. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all recreational activities adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.

5. Budget Management:
• Assist in the development of the recreation budget and manage expenses effectively.
• Seek cost-effective solutions for activities without compromising quality.

6. Event Coordination:
• Organize and execute special events, themed nights, and holiday programs.
• Collaborate with other departments for joint events and activities.

7. Marketing and Promotion:
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote recreational activities through various channels.
• Develop creative strategies to increase guest participation and awareness.

8. Feedback and Improvement:
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve the quality of recreation programs.
• Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and industry trends.
