Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position at KADO Hunza

KARAKORAM AREA DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (KADO) IS HIRING FOR THE POSITION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO).

KADO, a hybrid not-for-profit organization blending modern and indigenous approaches for sustainable development, is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader for the role of Chief Executive Officer.

This role requires a passionate individual who is committed to KADO’s mission and possesses the leadership skills to drive our organization toward achieving its goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, maintain and engage key relationships with key stakeholders, to create sustainable development pathways
• Oversee fundraising efforts and develop new funding opportunities. Navigate the challenges of climatic adversities, gender disparities, and economic frameworks.
• Ensure financial stability and effective resource management along with expertise in developing winning proposals for resource mobilization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced degree in Business, Economics, DS, IT, Social Sciences, or related fields coupled with at least 7 years in a high-level managerial role within a well-known organization.”
• For those with a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields, a minimum of 8 years in a senior management role.
