Serena Hotel Islamabad is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management of a range of on-line & off-line communication and digital strategies that promote Serena Hotels (Asia). This position is a synergy of some key marketing, social media and communications skills.

Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & Communication.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Creating annual Digital Marketing and social media strategies for all hotels of Serena (Asia), focusing on brand positioning, while maintaining brand standards, ensuring adaptability across all hotels.
2. Preparation and drafting of various communications crafting compelling custom content (website, social media, newsletters, blogs, TEXT messages, print advertising, in-house collateral, press releases and partner agency newsletters) including at times high-level public speeches.
3. Social media management.
4. String liaison with all marketing and ecommerce teams of the hotel chain, both in Asia and Africa.
5. CMS of the group website, ensuring timely updates, audits and SEO checks.
6. Mobile app management of the group mobile app, ensuring CMS control, timely updates and audit of any bugs/issues encountered.
7. Email newsletters creation and broadcast, strong email campaign and database management skills required.
8. Text message advertising and portal control.
9. Develop strategic communications planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content.
10. Develop corporate/hotels promotions and communications liaising with other departments/hotels.
11. Regularly run audits for SEO of company website and create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and keyword search.
12. Develop and implement guest service response across all public channels of Serena Hotels, Asia.
13. Liaison with digital service providers, should be able to effortlessly interact with all nationalities.
14. Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
15. Strong Influencer marketing, PR management skills are required.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent project and deadline management skills.
2. Copywriting and copyediting.
3. Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Email Campaign systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram marketing.
3. Public Speaking.
